How To Get Beautiful Glowing Skin In Hot Summer?

In hot summer it is the biggest problem to cure your skin. Day time is longer in summer as compared to winter, and hence there is the increased possibility of being affected by the hot weather and being burned in the sun.

Nature has given us some great things in our hand which can be used to take care of our natural beauty. Almost all the beauty treatments are having natural ingredients and herbs in it. These natural things give us the flawless beauty as well as the healthy skin. And interesting point is that their results are forever Milk, egg, yogurt, lemon, honey etc. are some golden gifts of God for us.

Basically two main types of skins are there i.e. Dry skin and Oily skin. Here we will tell you about the skin care of both the types.

Glowing Skin

Dry Skin:

If you are having dry skin, you should take care of your skin very much. It is said that dry skin turns older much quickly as compared to the oily skin. Women having dry skin can notice wrinkles appearing on her face after 30’s. Water is most helpful in regaining the skin’s natural moisture. You should drink 10 to 12 glasses of water necessarily in a day.

Here are some home-made remedies for your dry skin treatment.

  • Take 1 tab spoon of honey and mix it well with half lemon juice. Apply this mixture onto your skin and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Then wash it with taped water. It will restore your natural moisture.
  • Take ½ tab spoon of cream, 1 tea spoon of Glycerine and 1 tab spoon of lemon juice. Mix it well and apply on your cleansed face and neck at night. Leave it for ½ hour then wash it and pat it dry. It will make your skin glowing.
  • Use moisturiser and cleanser every night before going to bed.
  • Take a small amount of milk cream, and apply it on your face. Then go to bed and enjoy a calm sleep. In the morning wash it with any cleansing face wash and tone your face with rose water. You will be having a healthy and supple skin for the day ahead.
  • Multani mud mask is also very good for the cure of dry skin in summer. This mud have soothing and cooling effects in it and thus it gives your dry and itching skin a soft, cool and pampered feel.
  • Don’t ever forget to apply sunblock on the exposed skin while going outside.
  • Never wash your face with any soap. It will dry out your skin more. Use moisturising face wash.

Oily Skin:

Oily skin creates more problem in summer as compared to dry skin. In summer, the pores of oily skin open and fill with dirt and dust. That result into acne and pimples. Women having oily skin should prevent themselves from eating fried and spicy meals. Take fresh vegetables and fruits to look fresh in summer. Drink as much water as you can.

Here are some tips to look after your oily skin in summer.

  • Take 1 tab spoon of honey, ½ tab spoon of lemon juice and 1 egg white. Make a paste of these things and grab on your face for 20 minutes. Then rinse with taped water. Do this at least once in a week. It will make your face clean and clear.
  • Oily skin have pimples problem. To get rid of pimples, wash your face with gram flour. It’s best for oily skin.
  • Once a week, use a clay mask to soak up excess oil and clean out impurities.
  • Take 2 tea spoon of grinded almond and blend it with ½ cup of rose water. Use it on your oily face.
  • Take 1 tab spoon gram flour, 1 tab spoon lemon juice, 1 tab spoon raw milk, mix them and rub on your face like soap. Then wash your face. You will feel oil free for the whole day.
